Kayla is a multidisciplinary performer, writer, and improvisor based in New York City. She’s played on the stages of the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, the Gene Frankel Theater, La Mama, The Wild Project, Playwrights Downtown, Skirball, Paradise Factory, the Brick, UCB, and the PIT.
As a writer, her work spans the academic, dramatic, and poetic. Her plays and sketches have been performed at ASF, Dixon Place, the Hudson Guild Theater (NY Summerfest), Manhattan Rep, and Playwrights Downtown.
Sometimes though, you’ll find her drinking green tea and watching reruns of Everybody Loves Raymond in her cozy Crown Heights apartment (Doris Roberts 4ever).
